Caskets Filled With Flowers is a dream pop band from Lunenburg, Massachusetts. As far as my sweet spots for some good shoegaze/dream pop goes, Caskets Filled With Flowers hit quite a few right off the bit. It's fuzzy, there's a great female vocalist taking the lead, and the textures are lush, enveloping, and beautiful. The band radiates a warm, full sound that is sought after heavily on shoegaze/dream pop releases that is easy to get lost in and just drone out for a bit. A little bit of punk influence also gives the music an added kick that allows it to move a little more, making sure that while the listener is suitably comfortable in the wall of fuzz created, they can also bob their head along at a nice, happy pace.
